Tanner Blake
General Manager
Graduating from the University of Florida in 2017, Tanner returned to his hometown of Fernandina Beach later the following year with a desire to implement gained leadership skills from being the President of the Psychology Organization at UF for 2 years. Since then, his passion for food and wine has grown immensely- managing the Front of House at Cucina for 2 years and attaining his Sommolier Level 1 certificate along the way. Always trying novel & unique old-world wines at Cucina, he anticipates gaining his level-2 Sommolier certificate by the end of 2020.
Edwin Serway
Executive Chef
Joining the Cucina South Team as a Pizza Chef in early 2018, Edwin was always committed to ensuring quality at Cucina South. Studying the ins-and-outs of Italian Cuisine & consistently preparing visually appealing / delicious meals over the past 3 years, Edwin is always looking to push Cucina South to the next level with novel ideas. Edwin’s kind personality and goal-oriented work ethic has driven him from line cook, to Sous Chef, and now Executive Chef.
